Programmer, coder, developer: similarities and differences between these roles?

How are these concepts different? As I understand it, a programmer is primarily an engineer involved in software engineering (problem analysis, design, implementation, debugging and testing). The coder is a narrower concept, it deals only with the implementation (using mainly ready-made tools, libraries, frameworks). The concept of a developer, on the contrary, is broader: it is any person who creates, develops something (project, architecture, structure, scheme), while not programming at all. How justified is such a vision?

I see no reason to share these terms. What a programmer, what a coder, what a developer (when it comes to programming, and not about other areas), that a developer is one and the same.
You personally can invest in these concepts any of your subtle gradations - by analogy with how people define friends, acquaintances, etc. for themselves.
