What js level is jun?

Often I see this in junior frontend vacancies - excellent knowledge of js. What is meant by this general concept? Excellent knowledge of basic things or do you need to know like a god from cover to cover?

a must have. Now it is required that you have experience with popular libraries and some kind of framework

If you can receive a request, unmap it, or vice versa collect and send. That's not bad anymore. From above, it would be nice to know different methods for strings, objects, how to cut, how to run.
