Programmatically imitate (mask) a mobile modem as a mobile phone for a telecom operator?

For example, the Beeline operator increasingly has such favorable (in relation to other tariffs) tariffs, but these tariffs are provided only not for a mobile modem, but for a phone or tablet ...
This Beeline tariff is good for its unlimited Internet (which you will not find anywhere else )
I use a mobile modem and I use the Internet to the fullest All tariffs are not enough I need unlimited, but such an unlimited is common among phones / modems
How would my mobile modem be disguised as a phone for a telecom operator?
Of course, the lip is thick)) but maybe there are options to deceive the operator?

@serovpochta

Change imei?
Huawei change imei to 3G USB modem.
We make a tablet from a 3G modem by changing the IMEI
Links are just for example, too lazy to search for your modem.
But as always - at your own peril and risk!)
PS:
We change imei on a ZTE MF667 moped

I similarly did only for the YOTA SIM card (still the old tariff with unlimited for smartphones). I took almost all the information from w3bsit3-dns.com/forum/. In short: change TTL and imie modem, another proxy and vpn, because. there is a restriction on torrent / game services / video hosting (for yota, for billine I don’t know). IMEI is better to take from windows phone.
