Program homeowner reviews (programs for accounting in the HOA) - is it worth it or not?

Has anyone worked with this program? I read the reviews on the site and searched the forums, but the homeowner did not really find any reviews from the program. There are specific instructions for it or who worked with it, just describe in a few words how satisfied you are? Our management company works on 1C accounting 8. I will be very grateful for feedback.

Домовладелец неплохая программа. И недорогая по деньгам, что немаловажно в наших условиях. Но тут такое дело - нужно определиться с параметрами, которые именно вам нужны. Это только для далеких от ЖКХ людей все программы делают одно и то же, а на деле функционал может сильно отличаться. Многие работают с Домиленд, тоже довольны

I will not say anything for the Homeowner, did not use it. We chose the Domiland application for our LCD, installed it 3 years ago, there are no complaints about the work. When choosing, you should pay attention not only to the price, but also to the capabilities of the program. Domiland has everything, we vote, we resolve internal issues between residents and with the Criminal Code.
