Not sending mail from 1c to ubuntu?
There is a server with 1c on ubuntu, the procedure for sending mail is done in the configuration, there are no problems on the Windows OS, it doesn’t work on ubuntu where to look where the plug is or maybe something needs to be edited? Mail programs work without problems on ubunt except 1s.

Similarly, I did send mail on the Ubuntu server (using the SMTP relay service immediately raised, since we had a subnet of virtual machines) and everything worked fine.
Main question : do you send mail directly like the mentioned mail programs (via SMTP) or through external mail programs that you connect to via a COM connection? In the latter case, the reason why it works on Windows, but not on Linux :)
The second question : have you ever tried to debug the program and look at the text of the errors generated? At what point does the error occur - at the time of creating the mail profile? at the moment of connection on this profile? at the time of the formation of the mail message? at the time of sending a message on a previously created connection?
Third question: do you use SSL encryption? If so, what certificate are you using to encrypt - using your local or public a la Mail.RU?
