Installed ubuntu, why is the place not disappearing?
Hello everyone, I installed ubuntu as a second OS for 1 screw with Windows. I set everything up, installed it, restarted it back to Windows, but the space on the HDD did not decrease. How so? Does it dynamically take up space? Although I allocated 300 GB.
Should I have defragmented before? (suddenly the selected parts will be in different parts of the screw)

Run a disk check from under Windows. A couple of times there was such nonsense after changing the size of a partition with the NTFS file system.
