Why is the name field in the uploaded document empty?

Good evening.
I set up the exchange of orders between the online store and 1s. For some reason, the "name" field in the xml document that goes to 1s is empty. Please tell me where it is formed or from where it is substituted.
In Bitrix, in the "integration with 1s" section, in the exchange profile there is only "Full name", which is substituted in xml in the OfficialName tag.

"Shop" -> "Settings" -> "Integration with 1C" -> "Exchange profiles".
The "Agent's name" field was not filled in. The data from this field is substituted into the name in the counterparty section in the xml document.
