probmea with new hdd from WD after installation on MacBookPro 2011

There is a MacBookPro 2011 system osx 10.9 (Mavericks) with 2 hard drives 1 ssd intel 80g on it the system itself and the 2nd toshiba 750GB 5400RPM native Makovsky system worked stably and quite quickly!
the other day I bought myself a new hard drive Western Digital Scorpio Black WD7500BPKX 750GB 7200RPM coveted at 7200RPM installed everything seems to be ok but the system began to work terribly bad folders open with a huge delay of 2-6 seconds and the system as a whole also started to fail terribly what could be wrong in a new disk or in the system, maybe something else needs to be configured, is it necessary to reset the PRAM, maybe I got a marriage
, so I decided to check the smart statuses, the results below
on ssd show 12 bad sectors, is this really real? bad sectors on ssd?

The moved sectors on the SSD are real. The more modern the SSD, the lower the reliability of the cells. The question is how this parameter progresses and how many spare blocks does the SSD have.
UDMA CRC Error hints at problems with the SATA cable. Check connection.
I would also pay attention to Load cycle count. Head parking is not always a useful option.

@reeder

less than a month after contacting the store (once service) under warranty, they checked it with "Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - DLGDIAG for Windows" and they say that it is working and stable! by showing me a screenshot of the verification! that's how they work here in Israel and one of the largest stores in the country "xp" so I was left with a non-working hard drive for $ 100 and I can not help saying my poppy shit them * I do not work! in short, some emotions!
