Problems with the Tinkoff plugin for WooCommerce - how to fix the white screen?

Good afternoon. Installed a plug-in from Tinkoff Bank on the site for payment (Internet acquiring). When I check the box "Transmit data to generate a check" (as required in the instructions), I get a white screen of death. If the checkbox is unchecked, the payment goes through, but in this case, the auto-fulfillment of the order does not work. For example, you can try to buy this course (see link to the problem)
Another plugin from Saphali is installed, disabled, does not help. Tinkoff support sends to read the instructions for the hundred and first time. Please help

Hello!
1) enable WP_DEBUG in wp-debug.php and see what the error is.
2) most likely this is some kind of Tinkoff plug-in error related to the update of the audiometer. This happened once with the Sberbank plugin. The client contacted support and they updated (improved) the plugin.
3) Disable all plugins except Vukometz and Tinkoff and check for the error.
