if physicists are paid in the Russian Federation, then look at https://kassa.yandex.ru/secure-deal/
If the security service allows you, they require you to make an insurance deposit of 50-200 thousand rubles at the start of work to cover the risks of fines for chargeback.
as an alternative, you can connect any service for receiving payments and accept money to your IP / LLC, and conclude an agency agreement with sellers / performers and then make payments through https://kassa.yandex.ru/payouts/ or through other NPOs. You won’t send a lot of money to physicists from a bank account - everyone inflates the commission to combat cashing out.
Under an agency agreement, you are not a source of payment and are not required to withhold personal income tax from the money of physicists, but the tax authority may calculate differently. Therefore, in order to avoid problems with the tax later, it is better to enlist the support of a tax lawyer / accountant

A year ago, I set up a payment system in Ukraine, where it was possible to lay % between partners. But it doesn't suit you.
In general, I do not see the complexity of the code. You have a service there that takes a commission.
1) Register as income-expenses. Read about agency contracts and commissions.
2) Sign an agreement with partners.
3) When withdrawing funds - accept the transaction and transfer money to the partner's PC.
