Problems with the HP m401dn printer. What to do?

Hello. Help out. The only printer failed. Everything was perfect until today. Now it gives an error: "A used black cartridge is installed", although in fact the cartridge is not used, when it is equipped in another printer, it shows everything normally and prints.
