Freenas does not give access to printer scans?

Greetings to all, the printer uploads the scan to the ftp server through its acc, the server is configured for access to everyone without a password and full control, the scan file cannot be opened / downloaded in the destination directory, any other files can be uploaded and downloaded to the folder except for scans from the printer
