Problems with printing to redirected printer MS Server 2012 r2, how to solve?

There are accounting computers with a local Kyocera M2040dn printer installed.
There is a 2012 server to which accountants connect via RDP, on which drivers for 2040 are installed., and which is defined in the list of printers as redirected.
The problem is this:
when connecting via RDP to any users other than the Administrator, this printer appears in the list, and even with a checkmark by default, but printing from it does not occur until you log in under the Admin account and select it by default. And so every time.
Please tell me where to dig, what's the problem?

As an option - try to abandon native drivers in favor of EasyPrint - very often it works fine. Well, the rights to the printer are clearly worth looking at.
