Can't connect via RDP from certain IPs?
Hello. Need help on this issue. At home there is a server with win 2008r2. After launch, everything worked fine and was connected via RDP from everywhere. But at one fine moment I tried to log in from work via RDP (it connects everywhere from other places, even from the phone). And he stopped connecting.
First of all, I checked the computers and the phone for connection. the result was the same.
I checked the ping with the server, everything is ok.
The trace writes that reaching the IP address: The request timeout interval has been exceeded.
On the server and at work in computers, nothing has changed. The only thing that happened was problems with the Internet at the provider and the equipment on the roof of the house may have changed.
Google didn't help
I solved the problem by changing the standard port 3389 to another one and it all worked!

It happened to me. The call to the provider (in my case, Beltelecom) helped with a request to reload the port on their side. After that, as a rule, RDP rose.
Thank you. I'll try of course. Though in my case from provider you will achieve nothing.
