How to remove time synchronization via RDP?
Good day. I caught a joke that outsourcers, when connecting via RDP to our server, complain that the time starts to lag behind by 3 hours, which is why the system that we have deployed and which they are developing fails.
But the strange moment is that the developers have a time zone of +7, ours is +3, and the time on the server takes the zone +0. And this is a fairly common problem.
I can't figure out what could be the reason for this. It didn't work to google.

Not entirely sure about the solution. The crutch helped. Shell script:
Throw the script through group policies into the domain for logon into the system, it will not be worse for anyone.
After that, the problem has not appeared until now.
I hope it will be for someone.
To implement this scheme, you must use an RDP client of at least 5.1
. To implement different time zones for clients of the terminal server, the time zone redirection policy of the workstation from which the connection is made is used.
To enable redirection, you must enable the following GPO policy:
Computer
Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection\Allow Time Zone Redirection
the value of the time zone of the client from which the connection is made.
