How to overcome remote connection breaks from Mac OS to Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1?

There is a terminal server on the network on Windows server 2008 R2, to which users (about 40) Win 7, 8, 8.1 go via RDP without experiencing any difficulties (not at all) either from the local network or from the outside.
There is a need to go to it from a Macbook. But it doesn't work. When connected via a local network, it reaches the inscription "welcome", but does not enter the desktop. When connected via the Internet, the connection hangs for a very long time and eventually comes in, but it works very slowly.
Checked from 2 macbooks pro, on one axis 10.9.5, on the other I did not look, but it is updated regularly.
Various clients were tested, both from microsoftware and from third-party vendors. The best result was shown by the client from the Office 2011 package, it comes in, but if you start using it actively, the connection is disconnected.
There are no errors in the logs on the server except for login and logout events.
From iPhones and iPads it also connects without problems ...
Maybe someone has an idea where to dig?

Kirows : Try to open the console in parallel with the rdp session and run ping of the rdp server, and at the moment when the rdp session is terminated, see if the icmp packets were lost. If so, then the problem is with the wifi connection. If not, then the problem is in the rdp connection.

If laptops connect to the network via WiFi, the problem may be with the laptops connecting to the network, and not with the client and server itself. Try to execute the command on the laptops
sudo ifconfig awdl0 downand observe.
