Problems with P5Q at launch?

Recently there has been a problem with this motherboard. For three years it worked flawlessly. It all started with a long turn on. When you press the power button, the beeper worked after about a minute and the download continued. I sinned on the bios battery, but replacing it did not change anything. Then by itself everything was adjusted and worked normally for a month.
After the upgrade (new vidyuha + RAM + ssd), after a week of work, another problem began to appear. When turned on, the message “chassis intruded! Fatal Error… System Halted”, after which for some time (20 minutes) the computer cannot be turned on (it does not reach the beeper operation, that is, the BIOS does not load the campaign at all). Disabling hard, vidyuhi, usb devices does not help. After a while, the computer can be turned on. Works stably for several days, the situation repeats itself. The Chassis jumper is in the correct position. Resetting the BIOS does not help (both the battery and the jumper).
Whether who faced it? Is it treatable or can I throw away the motherboard?

Damn, I tried a lot of things, but the solution to the campaign is simple. Most likely some kind of front panel pinout wire is broken. Since the computer turns on normally if you move this whole heap. Checked several times...

Does the situation repeat itself with another power supply? Also check the capacitors - the bottleneck of all motherboards.
