What video card to put for Intel core i3-540 3.07Ghz?

There is a PC with such
specifications I3-540 3.07Ghz
DDR3 2Gb
GT6600 (I had a GT 430 from the store, I gave it to a friend)
So I decided to buy a video card, but I read today about the "narrow space" (the processor will not open the video card), I'm generally in a stupor that take. I was advised the 700 series (730 \ 710) I myself wanted to buy a GTX750Ti. Tell me what will be optimal for games.

You first buy RAM, 2 GB in 2015 - laughter, buy 2 strips of 4 gigs.
Take something for the price that suits you from the 700 series, as you were advised.

Why doesn't anyone offer Radeons? I think R9 270 is quite for your processor. Well, as advised - at least up to 4 RAM, and better throw up to 8 gig.

And I'll write about memory. At 2GB of RAM, a video card will not help you.
