Problems with Outlook 2007 working with Exchange 2013?

Good afternoon, colleagues
We implemented Exchange 2013 in our organization, launched it yesterday, everything worked perfectly. Today they put it into production and the troubles began. From the beginning, one user, then there were two of them, at the moment there are already about 15 people. The meaning of the problem is as follows. When checking mail, the task of receiving letters hangs at 60-75% and hangs. This anomaly is observed only for users with MS Office 2007. It is treated only by hard termination of the OUTLOOK.EXE process from the task manager. Windows 7 is installed on all client machines.
The organization also has 2010 and 2013 offices, there are no problems with them.
In the process of analyzing this situation, it was revealed:
1. The problem goes away if you move the office to 2013,
2. Outlook 2007 does not ask the user whether to use this mail server certificate when checking mail, although 2010 and 2013 asked at least once.
I found a lot of different things on the Internet about the fact that such a situation could be due to the fact that there are boxes with a large number of letters on the server. But we do not have such mailboxes, the mail is completely empty, since this is the first day of work in "combat mode", that is, at the time the problems started, users had no letters in their mailboxes at all.
Exchange configuration:
There are 2 servers in the DAG cluster, an entry has been manually added to DNS that refers to both servers, its lifetime is 0 and DNS changes IP constantly, that is, if 1 server falls, the second one will immediately respond.
Help to understand the situation. Maybe someone came across. We've already broken our heads.
