I really don’t understand why you might need a DR.Web utility to clean up viruses, if you can simply roll back the system to a checkpoint, or restore it from a backup. It's much easier and faster.
It's faster to rearrange the system than to mess around with all the utilities and try to reanimate the corpse.
Run the command on the command line
purely to calm your conscience, but it might work.
Then go to the settings (normal Control Panel or through the new one - Options - Files), change one thing there - any value, save and check.
Clear the icon cache - for example by changing the theme. Disable and re-enable the display of any icons on the desktop. Go to the folder settings and change some value there and save. Reboot, then return.
By the way, which is strange, the same CCleaner creates a checkpoint to roll back changes.
