Problems publishing to Google Play?

When publishing an application to GP, I ran into a problem - an allegedly incorrect signature on the .apk file. And how then should it be correctly signed? Although the data for the new key was taken real. Country code (Country code) is specified as RU. The Public Key is also correct.
And a quick question - why does the store skip incorrectly signed .apk files?

@6opoDuJIo

found a solution - you just had to remove the jdk of the seventh version

And I know because of what it is =) the first time I was surprised.
You have the same application on your phone, but signed with a debug key (or any other), so when you install the same application from the market, signed with a real key, the installation fails with this error.
Remove the debug version of your application from your smartphone and the installation from the market will go smoothly.

There may be a problem with the expiration date of the key. Must be > 2033.
And what do you mean by "the store skips incorrectly signed .apk files"
