Problems copying files to a flash drive?

Good day. I wanted to copy my files to the flash drive, but the item (in the context menu) of the insert is not available. I tried to change the permissions on the directory, copy through the terminal - but without success. Perhaps this is due to my curvature, and I would like to ask you for help on how to solve the problem of copying data to a USB flash drive.

Nevertheless Ctrl+c- copy and Ctrl+vpaste.
