How to restore default programs and packages on Linux Mint?

After installing dropbox on mint, a huge number of programs and packages flew off, ranging from the cinnamon graphical desktop environment, ending with the terminal, the update manager, the installer for new programs (sorry for the tautology), pip, virtualenv and a lot of others.
I restored the basic necessary set with pens, but this is some kind of darkness. Is it possible somehow again, without losing data and existing programs, to roll all the standard programs again?
