Problems after changing the processor?

I changed the power supply and processor in my computer, before that I checked the power supply on the old processor - it was working. After changing the processor and starting the computer, it starts for a few seconds, then turns off, then starts again normally without shutting down, but the picture is not displayed on the screen during the entire process, the monitor gives "no signal"

This is a double launch, done in order to configure the hardware (it can also be triple on exotic Chinese hardware, like desktop motherboards for server processors).
Try resetting the BIOS, if that doesn't help, then update the BIOS.
