Problems activating a developer account?

Passed part of the quest to register our company as an iOS software developer. After withdrawing $99, a letter containing a link and an account activation code came. When trying to activate the account using the specified link, I got the error "Our records indicate that this activation code has previously been used and may not be used again". I wrote to apple tech support, which at first were simply silent, and then they began a well-known epic with the processing of all Apple services in connection with the discovered vulnerabilities. In the process of this, I continued to write to them periodically and they replied that “they cannot see what is happening with my developer account and why the activation did not go through, because. they don't have access to the member center, and watch when services come up." Member center has already started working, letters to support have been written again, but no response comes from Apple. I no longer even receive notifications that my letters are being delivered to them.
Question: How can I speed up the solution of the problem that has arisen in this case and find out that they will solve it at all? Maybe there are other ways of contact than mail [email protected]?

Buying another account, and therefore demanding a refund later, or simply crediting it to your balance, will be like payment for the next year.
