Problem writing to cd-r disc?

For the third day I have been trying to install ubuntu and troubles everywhere, my flash drive, if it is completely formatted with all sorts of programs, starting from pants in Windows, ending with various garbage that I downloaded on the Internet, after I make it bootable from it, it turns out to run perfectly, from any ubuntu distribution kit, but if you install it, damn it, it always writes an error problem in cd, dvd drive or something like that, it writes on 6 different hard drives, there are no other flash drives, I already scored on it, bought a pancake two cd-r disks, open them in Windows, I try to install Ubuntu through ultra iso, writes pancake the disk is full, what the hell am I, I format the disk, Windows writes I can’t format it, I look at the disk writes 0mb busy, 0mb free. In general, nothing can be written to the disk, although it seems like cd-r means that the disk is damn rewritable, I tried it on different computers, crap everywhere. In general, there is a laptop and I want to put ubuntu on it, my flash drive does not plow, I bought two disks they do not plow, what the hell should I do?

Try an older version of Ubuntu, where there is a different kernel, or try RosaLinux :)
