How to uninstall an application in UBUNTU?

I put the feedreader, delete it through the ubuntu application manager, and it appears there again, doesn’t want to delete it through the console, writes that it can’t find the package, did dpkg--l, this application is not there either, the same trouble with telegram in the manager is not deleted, but it doesn’t start either .

If telegram is from ppa then:
sudo apt purge telegram && sudo apt autoremove
Or:
sudo apt-get remove telegram
sudo apt-get remove feedreader
