It often happens that you open a site, it loads 20-40 seconds, although it opened instantly 10 minutes ago, or for example, I open an app store on my phone, which gives a connection error, I press repeat and again an error, it opens instantly from 3-4 attempts.

Changed the DNS server, changed the channel on the router. I measured the speed of the Internet, ping 1-2 seconds, speed 50-60 m / bit. In which direction to look for the problem? Is the router slow or is it the internet? The provider refers to the fact that everything is fine on their part, advises using a wire instead of wifi, it's more reliable.

It even happens like this. Connecting 20-30 seconds. Then it comes to life and the ping is still 2s.
