How to find out the current IP on a server with a dynamic IP?

Essence of the question:
there is a server, its IP address changes every few hours (I can’t tell the exact time and it changes inconstantly).
How to find the current IP of the server? Are there any ready made solutions?
From the abnormal thing that I could think of, but could not google: a twitter bot that sends a tweet with an IP address every 10 minutes

If you just need to find out the current address and get it to your workstation or smartphone, then you can’t imagine anything easier than checking the address using the crown and sending mail. Moreover, the address changes with a given frequency, for example, once every 8 hours, so you can bet crowns on such a range. There is no need for ready-made solutions for this, since it takes 3 lines on the bash.
If you need to do something about it, then dyndns will help you.
