Problem with update and password?

A month ago I bought a phone - Samsung A02, yesterday it was updated. After updating, they ask for a password - the password must contain at least 4 characters (s), among which there must be at least 1 letter.
I have no idea what the password is. I didn't put a password on my phone! Or can anyone need??
