Yandex Mirror is bad, it does not respond to port 80. [email protected] say it will be fixed soon.

In general, this is mirror.yandex.ru - ask Yandex :) I use mirror.timeweb.ru. Recently selected automatically and only 6 hops of which 4 are provider hops, and the 5th is in DataIX, before that it was the closest to Finland. Every couple of months I check to see if something better has appeared.
