Problem with Time Machine. Why is free space decreasing?

The problem is that in 1 week my hard drive space has decreased from 250 to 150 GB. For example, on the hard drive from which Time Machine makes copies, a 3 GB movie is stored. I delete it and clean the CleanMyMac 2 trash. I look at the bottom of Fork Lift. The place has increased only by 500 MB. At the same time, I do not download anything at this time. I have a suspicion that the states are stored somewhere on the disk. Time Machine on an external hard drive.

Apparently, tm makes local backups. Which just fill up your disk.
