Problem with the WAN port on the router, what could be the reason?
ADSL TP-LINK TD-W8951ND Wireless Router Brand
new out of the box
When I bought it, I checked everything worked. I
brought it home and started installing it, and perhaps the wiring itself through which the Internet was connected was exposed.
Perhaps when installing the router, the wires closed together . The
Internet worked a little and went out.
The indicator on the router which blinks when connecting the WAN cable stopped blinking, the Internet is gone
What should I do?
Thanks in advance!!!

Connect the cable from the provider to another port (working).
If it does not blink, then call the provider - apparently he has knocked out the port.
If it blinks, try plugging in a wire from your computer and setting up an Internet connection on it.
