Problem with submit buttons?

I am working on the site snrshop.kz. I can’t understand why, when the submit button is clicked, the request is not executed, the second header appears and the style is destroyed. You can see the registration function on the site for yourself.

As I understand it, the form on Ajax is most likely not correctly transmitted by ajaxid, thus the page content buffer is not reset
