Problem with Sublime and image flip on monitor?

The problem is very idiotic. Previously, in Sublime, ctrl + alt + down arrow turned on a multi-line cursor. Now, for some reason, instead of this, the image on the monitor turns upside down for me (this started before NG and I didn’t drink anything).
I don’t know what to do, it’s very annoying and inconvenient to work. Didn't seem to update any drivers.
How to fix everything?

I had the same issue. The reason turned out to be in the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel, there was a hotkey for flipping the image. Disabled like this: Graphics options - Hot Keys - Disable.
