Problem with SSD?

Killed the SSD (somehow). Displayed in:
BIOS - 240gb;
in disk management and when installing Windows - 128mb + storage pool for the remainder (screen).
Failed to format

diskpart in hand and forward.

diskpart 
   sel disk 0
   clean all

Just watch carefully what you choose, otherwise you will clean the data disk.
