Problem with sorting materials in a category. How to fix?

I encountered such a problem in Joomla version 3.15 - I select the sorting of materials in the category settings so that the records that were changed last are displayed at the very beginning, I save them. I reload the category page, but there is no change, although everything works fine in the other category. Why is this happening? What could be wrong? How to fix?
