How to create multilevel menu in joomla?
Friends, hello everyone!
I'm fighting a small site on Joomla, tell me, can I implement the following principle of working with the menu:
I connect the top-level menu module, fall through to the page, and there is already a lower-level menu. Can this be done automatically or do I have to connect a module for each page? (I think this is nonsense).

You can basically use both bootstrap and any other library by simply changing the total number of columns to whatever you want (eg 15). In bootstrap you need the $grid-columns variable
well... to begin with, to start with percentages
at a certain moment ... we make a media query that the sizes from percentages go to a pixel and that there were, say, five blocks, and then there will be four, then at the moment when the text becomes or other elements are not beautiful or not readable again, we make a media query in which we indicate the size that should arrange the elements three pieces per line and then again only two and finally 1 per line ... and that's all
The difficulty is that you need to know css3 well
