Problem with restoring from Isp Manager backup?
The problem and the question is this ->
It’s worth IspManager, it turned out that our employee made the domain a priority, after reading the documentation it was not written there that this could lead to the deletion of files (the fact that it was indicated that the autoconfiguration of subdomains was disabled, but I didn’t think about deleting files and this function is not is used), as a result, the files were deleted on their own and then apparently the subdomain was rebound and it turned out that the files of the subdomain disappeared, we have the backups sent to FTP configured in the panel, they come without problems, we took the free version of isp manager and installed it on test server and imported the user the day before this moment and then tried for 05/19/2019, but for some reason the files of this particular subdomain are missing, although it is not disabled in the backup settings, and what is most interesting, there is not even a standard index.html from IspManager. Something like this. I think that the files were uploaded as root and therefore the directory is empty, how to understand what is the problem? I restored the root and it's still empty.

I checked it myself. In place the index.html file from the priority domain.
Give the worker a hand. The priority domain is not to place projects there, but to stub and configure additional. applications (PMA, Webmail).
And in the file manager you need to work on behalf of the user. Although recently I noticed that the panel itself corrects the owner.
