Problem with PPPoe, how to solve?

Hello colleagues,
I am not a big provider, in the south of Azerbaijan. We provide services to villages and regions. At last count we have 3123 clients. Everyone at home has a totolink n300rt as a router. Connection goes under the pppoe protocol. More recently, customers began to complain that when the power goes out, the router cannot automatically reconnect. The connection breaks, you have to manually reconnect.
People replace all routers, I can't. Who can faced, with such problem? Or tell me where could be the reason?

Does the client fall off the server when the router is cut off from the light? And after how long? Is there a session reset?
On Mikrotik (server), for example, openvpn is disconnected only after 1 minute

Maybe he is trying to raise the session before the network is raised on it?
It would be necessary to collect logs from the router at startup
Well, check the logs on the switches on the house .... maybe the switch thinks that the client is online and does not allow raising the 2nd session ...
If the light is cut off literally for several seconds, then it seems quite real to me glitch
And describe the network diagram. Are there switches at home, how is the connection organized ...

There is little data. What happens on that piece of iron where you terminate pppoe? As an option, the session gets stuck there, the user tries to log in and gets a whack.
A similar situation was once observed massively by users of the Moscow adsl stream provider. One of the cures is to allow multiple authorization of pppoe under the same details, or to twist pppoe time out / keep alive from the server side.

So the router is not good at LCP or it is not configured. It is necessary to look if an opportunity to adjust LCP.
Also, maybe there is some kind of watchdog in the router that can ping something on the Internet and, in the event of a connection failure, force the router to reconnect.
