Problem with MSI R6950 Twin Frozr II graphics card. Broken bios. Need help writing a script for Win7?

The bottom line is, having searched the internet, I saw that 6950 can be changed to 6970, and if it suddenly fails, then you can click Bios. But, I did not dig carefully, I did not see that:
a. My version is almost 100% impossible to change
b. This switch
is missing. As a result, the computer boots up, but the signal from the video card to the monitor does not go.
I want to blindly flash a pre-backed up bios. Hence the question, is it possible to make a batch file on a flash drive, which automatically starts when the flash drive is connected to the computer and performs 2 operations, and upon completion does a reboot? If not, is there any other way to flash the original BIOS?
ps Commands to run:
cd C:\ati_winflash_2.0.1.14
ATIwinflash -f -p 0 C:\ati_winflash_2.0.1.14\bios6950.rom

And the option is to plug 2 video cards into the computer, boot from the working one and flash the BIOS into the non-working one? I think that the flasher can be told where to sew the bios then ...

And why not just wait until Windows is fully loaded, insert a flash drive, press Win + R, enter cmd, and then your commands? The main thing is to type accurately.

Try to make a bootdisk with FreeDOS, and write a call to this program in autoexec.bat.

Starting from Leshka can be done with the help of Autorun.inf, and there is already a link to the batch file in it.
