Problem with macbook monitor. "gasoline" stains?

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015).
When you open the lid / exit from sleep, such an outrage appears literally for a split second. If you restart the laptop, then the first closing of the lid is all ok. All the following times - such is the essence. In operation, the screen works well, no glitches.
What could be the reason?

Upgraded to High Sierra? I also have 13''2015, but this bug appeared after the update.
