Problem with HDD or Windows 10?

The fact is that on computers of a certain model (HP 400 G3) problems periodically arise with Windows - it starts to slow down a lot, the OS loading is also slow.
In the windows - system log, the times of these problems usually match the entries from the source: iaStorE event: 4105 message: Disk Z6EQMWSG has been hot unplugged. And there can be many such entries in the log, below are screenshots from two computers. 5d26c728427c0272080539.png

These messages appear even after reinstalling the OS, while the same image is installed on other PCs and there are no problems there. I came across information that the problem may be in Intel Rapid Storage, but this software is not installed on computers.

Well, what is hot unplugged, I think you understand. The fact that the problem is on two computers, and not on one, makes it clear that the matter is in the software component, for a start I would put the seven (clean) and check if the error appears. And then the question arises at what level of software this is already happening. Either the stars have aligned and you have power supply drops on both platforms during system testing before turning it on (or whatever it is called, sorry for my French).
Loading the OS from the HDD in 2k19 is already such a thing, especially under wine 10, under 7 this trick still worked fine, but from 10 I was convinced from personal experience that it’s not really comelfo, the whole point of 10 is speed, and HDD is completely cuts.
