Problem with EDGE server, where could be the error?

3 DC 2012 R2
3 Exchange 2013 CU 18 in DAG
2 Exchange Edge 2013 in DMZ
(1- old EDGE 2013 cu15 - edge1.mydomain.ru
2- new EDGE 2013 cu18 - new-edge2.mydomain.ru)
When sending mail from within outside, through the new edge, letters hang on the MBX DAG servers in a queue. At attempt to send from outside in the domain mail successfully comes. With the same operation with the old one (edge1), there are no problems with sending from inside and outside.
The story is as follows, the old edge2 passed away, while everything worked. They raised a new edge with a hard name, signed it without problems, there were no errors. Assigned the old ip from edge2, test-edgesync happens without errors. In ecp the new edge is displayed correctly, the get-send\recive connector also displays the correct data on MBX and EDGE. And now the problem itself - if you turn off the old edge1 and leave new-edge2 available - the MBX servers seem to not know about it, everything accumulates in the queue and silence, where to look?
