Problem with Chrome and video launch, how to set it up?

Good day!
Sat down to work on win10 after OSX and can't set up chrome.
If you open several videos on the same youtube, then only one will play, the second will be paused.
I understand this applies to any media content.
You listen to music on vk.com, but you want to watch videos on youtube, it won't work. Either one or the other is blocked.
How to set it up?
