How to solve the problem with language detection in Chrome?

When using Chrome on pages that try to detect the native language (eg facebook) the language is detected as Chinese for some reason (more precisely Mandarin of Taiwan). while most sites open normally in Russian. in the settings of Chrome, of course, it is worth displaying in Russian. I tried to switch in the settings to English - everything is the same.
