Problem with access to 1C from outside. How to decide?

Good afternoon. Help solve the problem with access to 1C 8.3 from outside.
There is a Centos 6.6 server on which PostgeSQL and a server 1C 8.3 are raised, a network license (distributed by the server).
The gateway has an external ip address and port forwarding is configured towards the 1C server, namely:
port 135 TCP
port 475 TCP / UDP
port 10060 TCP
ports 1540-1541 TCP
ports 1560-1591 TCP
The firewall on the server is disabled.
The client's
firewall is disabled, the external address is registered in hosts as the address of the 1s server. When I try to connect to the server, I get the following error:
d5f5263d5a8743afaae7dd123685269f.jpg
As I understand it, it's a session timeout. Refers to an error in the configuration line. I myself did not climb into this config, I'm afraid.
Tell me what to register in the config? Raise the timeout? Or register an external ip address?

@Bobson8

If your conf is on managed forms, then publish it on a web server and go through a thin client or browser (then port is only 80 and 443), if the conf is not managed, then go with a thick client, but you need to (seem to) traffic and forward UDP - but this is a bad scenario, it may not work, it is better in this case to VPN and connect directly to the server.

@oia

so on the screen there is a gray ip, what kind of connection we are talking about, check port forwarding with telnet
