Problem when turning on the computer

Such a problem has arisen. When the computer is turned on, the monitor flickers. After loading the OC, everything returns to normal (everything disappears, the image becomes clear). Sometimes it starts flickering when the screensaver turns on, and also in games. What is it?
Thank you all for your help)

Since at the beginning of the video, the display shows a clear “Window” “Autoconfig” over the flickering, I believe that everything is in order with the monitor itself.
Based on the fact that the flickering disappears when the OS boots, the cable and connections are also in order.
As far as I understand, flickering is either there or not when changing video modes, and therefore the reason is in the video card.

If connected via VGA, check the cable first.

I had exactly the same situation.
In addition, my monitor also squealed in high tones, the problem turned out to be in the
throttle .
Many said it was necessary to replace it - that is, solder it and put in a new one, but I was afraid.
I also read that the throttle can be “calmed” by filling it with epoxy resin - I didn’t do this either.
I did it “on my knee” - I took a self-tapping screw, blunted the sharp end on a stone and twisted it into the monitor case, exactly hitting the choke with the ground end and twisting it a little with a screwdriver, pressed the choke more strongly to the board and everything began to work fine. Of course, this is a perversion - but I did not want to carry the monitor to the service, there was neither time nor guarantee.
Before doing all this, press your finger (in a glove) on the throttle - if it helps, then everything is in order and you can “press it with a self-tapping screw”, if not, then consult with any electronics engineer.
Good luck! :)

Connect to another monitor. If everything is fine there, then the monitor, if not, the video card.

@barker

Did you check on another monitor?

@Rafael

If you can't test with a different monitor, try the following.
1. Reliability of contact of the video cable connector with the connector on the system unit.
2. Check the condition of the thermal paste between the GPU chip and the heatsink.
3. If the video card has a fan for cooling the GPU, then make sure that everything is in order with it and it is not clogged with dust.

The problem is in the monitor.
in the throttle.
load vbios - let the monitor warm up. after 1-2 minutes if it normalizes, then I'm right.
