Problem, what's wrong with the computer?

In general, I went into Bios and turned on intel virtualiation and turned on the download speed ultra fast and after that, after loading the computer, this message (Photo) appeared and everything that was connected via USB was blocked.

BIOS problem.
So far, people have answered correctly enough, but I want to add. There is a relatively simple BIOS reset to factory settings from CMOS:

  1. Turn off PC
  2. Turn off the toggle switch on the power supply
  3. Remove the BIOS battery. (Such a round thing on the motherboard, like a clock.)
  4. Turn on the toggle switch on the power supply
  5. Turn on the computer
  6. Shut down the computer after it boots up. (She will go longer)
  7. Turn off the toggle switch on the power supply
  8. Insert the battery into place
  9. Turn on the toggle switch and the PC itself
  10. Set up BIOS and use.

Windows does not boot normally, that's what's wrong with the computer.

You need to open the instructions for the motherboard and see how to reset the BIOS settings to the default state. If the instructions are not available, then it can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

Reset the BIOS with a jumper, since with a USB keyboard it does not allow you to enter it or find the old PS / 2 keyboard.
