You need a program that calculates the laptop battery consumption per unit. time to test different programs. For example, how much is there% consumption / per hour. In principle, it doesn’t matter what and for how much, you just need to understand for comparison.
Googled and googled but couldn't find it.
Needed for both Windows and an analogue for macOS!

Любая программа такую информацию может взять только с контроллера аккумулятора.
А он отдает такую информацию не точно, а очень приблизительно.
Поэтому погрешность измерений программой будет примерно +/- 100%
Точно замерить можно только включив амперметр в цепь питания.
